1st class Kiyone is a officer that was demoted from her partner Mihoshi .Kiyone is like a parent of Mihoshi. Some way or another Mihoshi all ways gets in trouble and Kiyone all ways have to come to help her. in the 3rd tv movie Mihoshi is traped on Earth and everyone including her partner think shes dead. Kiyone was so happy about this in tell some one tells her that Mihoshi could still alive on Earth. He orders Kiyone to search for her on Earth in the house that Tenchi lives in.



Kiyone finds her and heads back to base but now see is stationed on earth for now because of Mihoshi.
